Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) is seeking the services of an appropriately experienced and resourced company to submit a Tender for the Cremorne Building A & 69 Cremorne Street (The Factory) Roof & Gutter Replacement. BKI require a contractor to undertake works to replace the two existing roofs on two individual buildings, along with associated stormwater drainage systems. The individual buildings are located within the public domain and suitable safe work access and public protection infrastructure is to be included. Works are to include the design and construction including all relevant sub-consultants to meet the requirements of the project. All relevant approvals from authorities are to be managed by the contractor.
