Falls Creek Alpine Resort is looking to refurbish one of thier exisiting offices into a new public day shelter. Looking to be completed by May 2024, these works will include, but aren't limited to;

- Demolition of exisiting internal structures as per the specifications & demolition plan

- Internal fit out of new day shelter including plasterboard, walls, partitions, flooring, joinery, doors and bathrooms; as per specifications

- Installation of data & electrical cabling, conduit, GPO's, outlets and lighting as per specifications

- All finishes, furniture, fittings and fixtures as per specifications

- Installation of new hot dipped galvanised entry ramp, handrails, WELDLOK grating and fixings as per specifications

- Replacement of windows with double glazed aluminum units as per specifications
