Supplementary Event Workforce Services
Issued By Melbourne & Olympic Park Trust
Expression of Interest
Temporary personnel services

The Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct is Australia’s centre stage for live sports, music, and entertainment. Home to six world-class venues – Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena, AAMI Park, Kia Arena, and CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park – the precinct welcomes more than 2.8 million guests to over 500 events annually, including Australia’s world-famous Grand Slam tennis tournament, the Australian Open.

The Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust (MOPT) and Tennis Australia (TA) collaborate closely on the delivery of the precinct’s major event, the Australian Open. Year-round, MOPT works with a range of stakeholders, including professional sporting clubs and leagues, and entertainment promoters, to deliver a diverse program of events across the precinct’s venues.

The Opportunities

MOPT and TA are calling on capable and experienced supplementary event workforce service experts to provide supplementary event workforce labour services at the Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct through a two-stage procurement process. For part one, MOPT and TA are seeking Expressions of Interest from interested parties.

Two opportunities are on offer, for Front of House Services – which includes guest services and merchandise – and Back of House Services. Invitees are welcome to respond to one or both contract opportunities.
