Parks Victoria (PV) is seeking a qualified and experienced Supplier to deliver engineer-based design services to restore the safe and compliant function of the drift car attraction at Wonthaggi State Coal Mine.

The scope of Works for this opportunity is:

• Produce design and technical documentation for restoration of the drift car
• Produce technical guidance documentation and schedules for the 10-year milestone maintenance of the Drift Car, including associated compliance testing.
• Producing documentation and designs for the replacement of theapproximately 200m length of sleeper and rail within the shaft of drift car attraction. The rails which are above ground have already been replaced by others and are not covered by this process) and base stabilisation within the drift car shaft.
• Producing documentation and guidance for the delivery of the onsite Winder 10-year milestone maintenance and associated compliance testing.
• Production of documentation intended for end user concerning:
  • Maintenance schedules
  • Training documentation and schedules
  • Safety documentation and schedules
• Provide oversight during construction phase including certification
