Melbourne & Olympic Parks is gearing up to break ground on a second home for St Andrews Beach Brewery, giving this much-loved Mornington Peninsula institution pride of place within Melbourne’s home of live sport, music and entertainment. 

Opening in 2024, St Andrews Beach Brewery, The Garden, is set to bring the finest paddock-to-plate coastal products to an inner-city garden destination located within CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park, right at the heart of the city’s premier live events hub. 

The construction contract is expected to be awarded by late 2023, with works to commence onsite in February 2024. Please find attached the full Request for Tender package and supporting documentation.
