Ambulance Victoria is seeking tenders for the supply of Cardiac Defibrillators.

Ambulance Victoria proposes to appoint a Contractor for an initial contract term of five (5) years with options for further extension by AV up to two (2) years.
The Service Commencement Date of the proposed contract is 21 June 2024.

The scope of services includes, but not limited to, supply of devices including relevant consumables and parts, servicing and maintenance of the equipment under warranty, delivery of training options including a training program, manuals and online training program, contract management including quarterly meeting and reporting and advisory services as requested by Ambulance Victoria.

Ambulance Victoria expects to replace the current fleet of monitor / defibrillators as follows:

Category 1 Fully Featured monitor / defibrillator units anticipated to be delivered over a 6-month period after the commencement of the contract.

Category 2 Semi-Automatic monitor / defibrillator units anticipated over a 9-month period after the commencement of the contract.

Estimated volumes are referenced in the Part B Specification noting that all volumes are for tendering purposes only and Ambulance Victoria provides no commitment to these or any volumes of goods or services in this tender.
