The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the Tower Hill Wildlsife Reserve Track, trails and platforms construction tender. The tender seeks a suitably capable contractor to deliver improvements to areas of the exisiting track network, a section of new natural surface trail, a section of new sealed surface trail, an over-water viewing platform, an on-land veiwing platform and upgrades to the danceground.

The tender is split into 3 seperable potions.

Separable portion 1 – Main works
Preliminaries
Lake Edge Realignment
Journey to the Last Volcano
Dance ground Surfacing and Access
Dance ground Shelter

Separable portion 2- Wagon Bay Pathway

Separable portion 3 – Wagon Bay Viewing Platform

Separable portion 1 is outlines the minimum deliverable works. Separable portions 2 and 3 will be assessed for delivery following the receipt of tender pricing. Parks Victoria wishes to deliver the maximum scope possible within the funding allocation. Any combination of the separable portions may be contracted.
