The Department of Education is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver a Conflict Resolution Support Service (CRSS) to employees in government schools and department workplaces throughout Victoria, including service delivery, management and promotion.  The overall purpose of the service is to provide professional, trained independent mediators and facilitators to resolve conflict in a confidential, respectful and safe environment.
