Zoos Victoria wishes to advise of a future Tender opportunity for the provision of Electrical Services for the four Zoos Victoria Properties for up to a five year period:

• Healesville Sanctuary
• Kyabram Fauna Park
• Melbourne Zoo
• Werribee Zoo

We seek to select service providers to form a panel which includes reactive, preventative maintenance works and essential service requirements.  

The scope of electrical maintenance services covers but is not limited to the following areas:   

Service and maintain all existing electrical related services and systems at our ZV properties, including: 

• Providing a general maintenance service for items of electrical that are reported as faulty, and the like; 
• Providing routine inspection of electrical infrastructure, schedule, undertake, record and track routine maintenance tasks; attending to emergency callouts and devise rectifications/ remedies /solutions to issues arising; 
• Prepare quotations for minor works, up to the value of $50k. 

The tender is due to go live via the Zoos Victoria Portal on Tenderlink in mid October 2023, suppliers can submit for services at one, two, three or all four properties. Mandatory site visits must be attended in order to submit, dates will be disclosed within the tender documents once released.
