Description
Parks Victoria is seeking a high-quality operator with both the vision and capacity to deliver a contemporary year-round food and beverage experience from the St Kilda Pier kiosk.
The kiosk operation will contribute to and enhance the unique and engaging experience offered to visitors of the St Kilda Pier precinct.
The kiosk closed in 2022 to enable the commencement of work on the new St Kilda Pier, and will re open with the new Pier in 2024.
Key Elements of this opportunity:
- Rare opportunity to reactivate an iconic St Kilda Heritage building
- Prime position at the end of the new $53 million St Kilda Pier (opening 2024)
- 830,000 annual visits to the pier, (before the rebuild)
