Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to provide a staged study to assess the viability of establishing
a bioenergy facility. This should consider the supply of energy either locally or into electricity or gas networks or a hybrid model of revenue sources.
GVW understands that the successful establishment of a bioenergy facility will only be achieved through a collaboration or partnership approach.
This consultancy will be completed in three stages as follows:
1. Feasibility assessment
2. Options evaluation
3. Preferred option detailed analysis
There will be a hold point following the completion of Stage 1 for GVW to complete a view the outcomes and assess if Stages 2 and 3 will be completed.
Please note that only Stage 1 will be awarded initially; subsequent stages will be awarded based on GVW’s assessment of the outcomes of the preceding stage.
