As part of the Victorian Government initiative to improve the energy efficiency of existing government buildings to reduce operating costs and greenhouse gas emissions, this Project, under a Design and Construct engagement, requires the Contractor to design, supply and install a suitable electric heat pump system to replace the existing gas fired boilers currently serving the hydronic heating and domestic hot water (DHW) systems in the Main Building (including all associated ancillary work).
