Colliers Engineering and Design (Vic) in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in September 2023 for the 236 Paynes Road External Water Main. The project will include:

Construction of approximately 107m of DN355mm PE100, 520m of DN300 PVC-M, 45m DN400 RCP jacking pipe, 85m of DN300 MSCL Branch Water as part of Thornhill Gardens Estate for Thornhill Gardens Dev Co Pty Ltd, within the City of Melton. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC1 (Reticulation Water Mains ≤ DN 280), WC2 (Distribution Water Mains > DN280), and R3(Risk Overlay – Major Crossing).
