This is an Advanced Tender Notice (ATN) to receive notification from parties interested in Tendering for the 2025 Kindergartens on School Sites (KOSS) being delivered by the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) Kinder Infrastructure Delivery (KID) branch.

Please note that this Advance Tender Notice and is not the actual Tender – no Tender documentation is provided at this stage.

The VSBA is intending to release a Selective Tender for the upcoming Building Works Package (BWP) as set out in the attached document. The Selective Tender will be to appoint a head contractor to design and construct the 2025 KOSS Bundle 1 projects. A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued for each bundle where it is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited per bundle.

To be eligible a firm must be prequalified in ‘New Commercial Construction’ on the Construction Supplier Register (CSR). CSR pre-qualification is set at $10 million minimum for the 2025 KOSS Bundle 1 projects.

Based on responses to Annexure A, the VSBA will determine which firms are to be invited to submit a tender for the RFT based on the firm’s experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
