Victorian School Building Authority Capital Works Program

The Victorian School Building Authority is providing notice to interested parties of a forthcoming Expression of Interest process for main contractor services for capital works and maintenance projects.

The Expression of Interest will be issued following the closure of this Advanced Tender Notice for construction projects being tendered between July 2023 and September 2023. It is anticipated that four tenderers will be shortlisted for each project through the EOI process to submit a tender.

Contractors must be registered with the Department of Treasury and Finance's Construction Supplier Register (CSR) under the category of "New Commercial Construction" and at the minimum pre-qualification limit specified for each project in order to respond to the Expression of interest

A list of all projects that will be included in the Expression of Interest is attached along with a list of the main Victorian Government procurement policies that are applicable to the process.

Further details and instructions for lodgement of interest will be issued with the Expression of Interest.

Contractors must respond through an online survey that will be issued with the Expression of Interest opening on Wednesdasy 21st June 2023.
