Victoria Police is intending to release a Request for Tender in June 2023 for the provision of a Quantity Surveyor from the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) pre-qualified supplier under the Quantity Surveyor category, to contribute to the delivery of new police stations in Point Cook, Clyde North and South Melbourne, and to the upgrade of the existing Narre Warren Police Station.

Quantity Surveyor services are sought for the following project stages: pre-design stage (feasibility, master plan), design stage (schematic, detailed design, pre-tender), construction tender and contractor procurement, construction stage, and defects liability stage.
