Overview of Requirements

1. 1. Kerang District Health is inviting tenders for the provision of Internal Audit (the Services) by way of tender. 

The individual contract for supply will be directly between the successful tenderer and Kerang District Health.

1. 1. Kerang District Health will rely on the information and advice included in the tender when deciding whether the tender meets the criteria set out in Section A – Tender Specifications and the following functional requirements.
2. Functional Requirements

Tenderers must provide a response to each of the following functional requirements, conditions, specifications and scope as indicated. The tender should state the tenderers willingness, technical ability, resources available and cost to provide the Service in accordance with the following:

2.1          In providing the equipment and services, the tenderer must comply with the Australian Council on Healthcare National Standards Evaluation and Quality Improvement Program and all the regulatory requirements in relation to the provision of the service set out within the detailed specifications. As standards are revised or introduced or legislative requirements introduced the tenderer will be required to adapt to such changes. 

1. 1. The following points should be noted in the preparation of the tender submission:

a.         Responses shall be itemised in accordance with the numbering system used for the specifications. Should a tenderer not respond to an item of information requested, it will be assumed that the tenderer cannot comply with the requirements for that item.
