Ambulance Victoria is seeking to contract with a service provider for the provision of an end to end Fleet Management Information System (FMIS).

From the tendering process AV proposes to appoint a Contractor for an initial contract term of three years with an option for further extension by AV of up to two years.

The Service Commencement Date of the proposed contract is expected to be in August 2023.

Tenderers are asked to note mandatory criteria:

A. Supplier Code of Conduct commitment (see Part D).

B. Tenderers must have Australian based delivery, support and hosting, with adequate staff and support network.

C. Solution needs to be a Software as a Service (SaaS).

D. Tenderers must be registered on the Victoria eServices Panel.
