Development Victoria will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Hoarding Management Services for the external hoarding at the Fitzroy Gasworks project located in Fitzroy North.

Development Victoria is re-developing the original Gasworks site into a vibrant mixed-use precinct. The Wurun Senior High School has already completed construction and the vertical Fitzroy Sports Courts are under construction. Other parcels on the site will be delivered over the next few years.

Development Victoria is seeking a service provider to commence services in late June 2023.

Key aspects of the scope of services are anticipated to include:
- Management of the external site hoarding. (e.g. regular painting, maintenance and graffiti mitigation).
- Installation and management of other signage or artwork including Development Victoria signage, government funding signage and hoarding artwork/activation.
- Management of other private advertising posters.

The service provider will be permitted to use the external hoarding for private advertising posters in exchange for providing the above services.

This procurement will be an open market single stage tender process.

The procurement will be subject to the Goods and Services supply policies, Local Jobs First Policy as a strategic project and the Social Procurement Framework.
