Request for Tender (RFT) for the design and construction of the Multideck Carpark Expansion works which includes vertical expansion of the Ballarat Base Hospital (BBH)  existing Multideck carpark by minimum 400 car spaces.

The purpose of this RFT is to:
(a) provide information to Tenderers about the BBHR Multideck Carpark Expansion Project;
(b) set out the Conditions of Tendering that will govern the Tender Process;
(c) invite each Tenderer to submit a fully costed and binding Tender for participation in the Project, which complies with the Conditions of Tendering; and
(d) inform Tenderers of the evaluation criteria that the Principal will use to evaluate Tenders.
