Coliban Water invites tender submissions for delivery of after-hours customer contact centre functions with an emphasis on faults and emergencies as well as intermittent coverage during business hours. The services include taking calls, collecting data and escalating issues when necessary.

Please note that there will be no online forum, however queries will be accepted by email and phone up until 5:00pm, Thursday 25/05/2023. Question and Answer addendums will be posted on the site intermittently.
