Alfred Health is seeking proposals from providers to work in partnership to provide a high quality “Employee Assistance Program” with for employees as well as their immediate family members and volunteers.  This aims to improve and compliment the internal support mechanisms, as well as further enhance current external support.

The scope of the services required includes:

• Confidential counselling services (face to face and online models), this includes but not limited to manager, employee, career, lifestyle, and conflict support;
• Critical Incident support;
• Onsite support;
• Seminars;
• Online education resources;
• Preventative wellbeing checks;
• Promotion of services;
• Data Analysis and reporting;
• Other services
