The State Library Victoria (the Library, SLV) seeks a CRM vendor to provide industry-leading services in CRM design, configuration, development, implementation and enhancement. The Library seeks a vendor that can progress us towards our desired future state via a CRM configuration and development roadmap. This is an opportunity for a vendor to ensure the success of a central business system to enhance and transform the journeys of discovery and knowledge that the Victorian public, and interstate and international visitors, take when they come to access and explore the Library’s services and programs. 

The Library envisages partnering with a vendor that has delivered comparable at-scale solutions (for example in the not-for-profit or cultural sector space or for major member-based organisations), with associated professional managed services or associated communities of practice.

The anticipated initial engagement will be for 2 years and subject to satisfactory completion of the initial contract, the vendor may be engaged for further CRM services in line with the CRM configuration and development roadmap. 

The Library invites you (the “Respondent”, “Supplier” or “Vendor”) to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) as described in Part A. Shortlisted vendors from this EOI process will be invited by the Library to submit a competitive quote via a Request for Quote (RFQ).
