The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is intending to release a Request for Tender (RFT) in April 2023 and is seeking Expressions of Interest concerning the Portable Toilets contract for future Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix events, to be held at Albert Park, Melbourne (Site) from 2024 onwards.
The following document provides additional information regarding the contract requirements.
The Portable Toilets scope comprises all labour, materials, plant and equipment necessary to supply on hire, deliver to site, maintain and remove all Portable Toilets for the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix.
The Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix event is held over a four day period, typically in March/April each year.
Construction of infrastructure to facilitate the Event is carried out over an 8-12 week build period in accordance with a strict Construction Programme, with dismantle beginning immediately following the Event. Full dismantle is required within three weeks of the Event.
