The required maintenance contract will include but not be limited to the provision of specialised Industrial Openings services to perform asset identification, asset condition auditing, asset lifecycle planning, minor projects, routine statutory and regulatory maintenance, corrective maintenance (adjustment, repair, replacement, inspection, measurement and testing of the Equipment), attendance to Call-Outs and reporting to Museums Victoria of all Industrial Openings Maintenance Systems at the following sites:-

• Melbourne Museum (MM)
• Melbourne Museum – Catering Areas
• IMAX Theatre
• Royal Exhibition Building (REB)
• Immigration Museum (IM)
• Merri-Bek Annexe Storage Facility (MA)
• Scienceworks (SW)
• Simcock Avenue (SIM)
