The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (in conjunction with the Department of Education) intends to conduct a two-stage procurement process to engage a supplier to deliver a commercial online assessment platform for schools in Victoria with the capabilities to host the Digital Assessment Library and Insight Assessment Platform assessments. 

The proposed procurement will comprise:  

Stage 1: an open market Expression of Interest (EOI) process via the Buying for Victoria website, and 
Stage 2: a closed Request for Tender (RFT) process

Stage 1 will be a preliminary assessment of suppliers and their proposed solutions for selection to participate in Stage 2 for more detailed assessment. 

For possible selection to participate in Stage 2, suppliers must submit a response to the Expression of Interest in Stage 1.  

The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) develops and implements curriculum and assessment for all Victorian schools.
