The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is intending to release a Request for Tender (RFT) in May 2023 and is seeking Expressions of Interest concerning the R103 - Track Works contract for future Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix events, to be held at Albert Park, Melbourne (Site) from 2024 onwards.

The following document provides additional information regarding the contract requirements.

The R103 - Track Works comprise the delivery, installation, dismantling and removal of numerous AGPC-owned assets, including:

• Circuit Infrastructure build components, including but not limited to:

1. o Concrete Barriers;
2. o Debris Fencing;
3. o Camera Cages;
4. o Spreader Bars;
5. o Tyre buffers;
6. o Special Control Points; and
7. o Escape Points.

• · Transport of AGPC owned assets and containers to and from Albert Park to AGPC storage yard including, but not limited to:

1. o Containers
2. o Flat top mixed loads

The Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix event is held over a four day period, typically in March/April each year.

Construction of infrastructure to facilitate the Event is carried out over an 8-12 week build period in accordance with a strict Construction Programme, with dismantle beginning immediately following the Event. Full dismantle is required within three weeks of the Event.
