Project Summary

The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in March 2023 for the on site relocation of two 5 mod relocatable buildings, delivery of a multi sport hard court and shade structure at Tucker Road Bentleigh Primary School located at 14 Tucker Rd, Bentleigh VIC 3204. The project will include Construction Works and the project will be delivered under a DET modified Simple Works Contract.

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $1,000,000

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
