Dalton Consulting Engineers , in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in March 2023 for the LND/22/01004, 435-503 Mt Atkinson Road External Branch Sewer. The project will include:

435-503 Mt Atkinson Road External Branch Sewer – Separable Portions 1 & 2

Separable Portion 1 – works anticipated to commence in April 2023

Construction of approximately 1765 metres of DN450 mm Branch Sewer as part of the development works at 535 Troups Rd, Truganina – for Logos Property Group, within the City of Melton. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category:

• SC1 Reticulation/Branch Sewer ≤ DN280 or ≤ 5m in depth
• SC2 Branch/Main Sewers > DN 280 or Sewer Reticulation > 5m in depth
• SC7 Any Live Sewer Works

Separable Portion 2 – Start date TBC. Contractor to allow for 2 x demobilisation and mobilisation.

Construction of approximately 1967 metres of DN450 mm Branch Sewer as part of the development works at 535 Troups Rd, Truganina – for Logos Property Group, within the City of Melton. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category:
