The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA or “the Department”) brings together Victoria’s climate change, energy, environment, water, forests, planning and emergency management functions into a single department to maximise connections between the environment, community, industry and economy. Prior to 1 January 2023 the department was named the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.

The Department seeks tender submissions from a suitably qualified organisation with relevant experience to provide DEECA with fire emergency evacuation and security awareness training for its regional Victorian properties. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) acts as the Principal’s Representative and is the contracted Facilities Manager for DEECA.

The prospective engagement will be for a contracted term of 3 years and a further year optional.

PLEASE NOTE: Tenderer’s must tender for the provision of services to either one, multiple or all complete regions as a minimum. Tenders submitted for specific sites comprising less than a complete region will be considered non-conforming and will not be assessed.
