Development Victoria is seeking responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) for Commonwealth Games 2026 Villages Project Building Partner - Housing (in-situ/prefabricated/modular), that will deliver building works and fitout of nominated housing stock for athletes villages and post-games legacy housing. 

This EOI has been prepared to assess the ability of prospective Bidders to provide the works. A shortlist of Bidders may be selected to proceed to the Request for Proposal stage of the procurement.

This procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Direction for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Strategic Local Jobs First Policy and Social Procurement Framework.
