Victoria Police is seeking a service to ensure its facilities are compliant. With a single easily accessible system to manage the required information as well as certification for compliance.

To ensure Victoria Polices facilities are compliant to all laws, regulations, and policies. Managed through a single centralised system. With at least one physical inspection each facility a year. (Service).

Validating or establishing building certificates. Creating and delivering an audit program. With a map (Floorplan) of each facility locating items that are inspected.  Providing the Annual Essential Safety Measure Report (AESMR) along with any other required documentation and certificate for risk areas.

The system is to provide all the information, notification, floorplans and documentation required to deliver the Service. Accessible by Victoria Police and approved Third Parties. (System)
