The Department of Education and Training (Department) is responsible for undertaking the process of recruiting council and board members for recommendation to the responsible Minister to appoint or nominate to be appointed to university councils and the TAFE institute (TAFE), Adult Community and Further Education (ACFE), AMES Australia (AMES) and Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) boards.

The Department is seeking responses to this request for the provision of services as in the Statement of Requirements attached to this invitation.

Suppliers are requested to respond to this invitation using the Response Template and Pricing Schedule attached to this invitation. The responses must be submitted through this Buying for Victoria Portal.

Procurement Process

The business units within the Department of Education and Training that are running this procurement will be moving to the new Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions from 1 January 2023.

There is no present intention to alter this procurement as a result of that move, however suppliers should be aware that a different Department may be managing the conclusion of this procurement, and that changes may occur to reflect the procedures of the new Department.

The market will be kept informed of any relevant changes taht are necessary to implement.
