The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the Goulburn Valley Health (Shepparton) Refurbishment (GVH) Compliance Works Project.

The project scope includes:

• Package A - Kitchen, Staff Dining, Doctor Office Accommodation
• Package B - Building B Compliance Works
• Package C - Sitewide Compliance – Phase D – Reg 233 Existing Fire Walls Upgrade, incl Building C

These works form the remaining works of a larger redevelopment project at the Goulburn Valley Health (Shepparton). The project aims to provide a quality environment for staff and patients within existing buildings at Goulburn Valley Health (Shepparton).
