Development Victoria (DV) are seeking an experienced photography/videography team to provide photography services for the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation (MAPT) project. The consultant will be required to provide high quality and photo-real materials across the duration of the MAPT project to be utilised for various project communications (internal and external).  

Broadly, the Consultant will: 

·    Be an experience photography/videography service provider 

·    Have extensive experience in capturing infrastructure, precinct, and major building projects  

·    Have experience working with Victorian Government project and procedures. 

·    Attend any meetings as required 

·    Liaise and actively collaborate with DV and all project partners/stakeholders 

This scope of works requests the following services:

• Progressive Still Photography:

Photoshoots 4 times per year with an output of 100 low resolution images and 20 edited, high-resolution images

• Timelapse Camera:

4 no. cameras. For each of the 3 sub-projects a video every 3 months.

• Videos:

Video shoots 3 times a year. Output of each shoot is a 5-minute clean compilation. .

• Drone Footage (roaming and aerial):

Roaming aerial drone footage of the precinct or precinct elements 3 times a year. Output of 20 high resolution photos and 1 video compilation for each shoot.
