This tender is for the design & construction of an upgrade to the existing Bruces Track Irrigation Pump Station, located at 115A Bruce Road Nungurner, VIC 3909. EGW will free issue pre-purchased pumps to the successful contractor as part of the works. Full details of the required scope of works are contained in the posted Tender.

A compulsory pre-tender site meeting is scheduled for 10am on Wednesday 30th November 2022 at the project site, Bruces Track Irrigation Pump Station, located at 115A Bruce Road, Nungurner, VIC 3909. Prospective tenderers are requested to notify the Principal’s Project Manager of their intention to attend the site inspection.

Tender submissions must be made electronically via the East Gippsland Water TenderLink website, prior to close of tenders, at https://www.tenderlink.com/egwater/. Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) submissions are preferred, although files in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or Microsoft Excel (.xls or .xlsx) are also acceptable.

All tenders must be received in full before 4:00PM Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time on Friday 16th December 2022.  Late tenders will not be considered. The lowest or any tender may not be accepted.
