The Department of Environment Land Water and Planning (DELWP) through the Surveyor-General Victoria (SGV) – Geodesy Section is responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of a
fundamental network of Global Navigation and Satellite Systems (GNSS) Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) across Victoria. This infrastructure supports consistent, accurate and
reliable real-time satellite positioning in Victoria, aligned with nationally defined datums. Industries that rely on real-time satellite positioning services include precision agriculture, surveying, construction,
engineering, government and emergency services.

The DELWP managed network consists of production and disaster recovery data centres, and more than 150 operational GNSS CORS across Victoria. These GNSS CORS feature a geodetic quality
GNSS receiver and antenna as well as a suite of supporting equipment to ensure the ongoing operation of each station.

The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) T2001-0979 for the provision of GNSS CORS Receiver Hardware to upgrade equipment at approximately 50 GNSS CORS.
