North East Link Program (NELP), a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA), invites potential respondents with the requisite experience, capability and capacity for delivery of the NELP Freeway Packages – East Package and West Package to gain access to the Expression of Interest Electronic Data Room (EOI EDR) and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the East Package and West Package.

By following the instructions in the attached notice, potential respondents are able to register with NELP to gain access to the EOI EDR, which contains the Invitation for Expressions of Interest documentation.
