Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Thursday 10 November 2022 via Buying for Victoria (Tenders Vic) website. Submissions must be submitted via the aforementioned website only.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 11.00am on Monday 24 October 2022 at Meeting point, RECEPTION, First Floor, Clarence Reardon Centre, Springvale Botanical Cemetery.  Tender briefing and site inspection contact: Andrew Shore.   Recommend face mask be worn.

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm Friday 28 October 2022 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Thursday 3 November 2022.
