*Tenderes please note that a compulsory site inspection will commence on the footpath at 4 Farm Road in Alphington on Thursday 27 October 2022 at 10.00 am (Melway Ref. M31 D12).

Attendance of the prospective Tenderer or a Senior Representative is compulsory. This will be the only opportunity to conduct an escorted view of the full site during the tender period, as access to the privately owned LaTrobe Golf Club is restricted. Tenders will not be accepted from any Tenderer who does not attend the pre-tender site inspection.  
Tenderers wishing to inspect the Site are required to register with the contact person below by no later than 5:00 pm Tuesday 25 October 2022. On attendance, Tenderers are required to complete Attendance register to record attendance.
