The project is to procure a CRP service to assist Victorian Government Entities who require assistance with recovering from and/ or responding to a cyber security incident. The scope of this procurement is to provide access to the following via Cyber Incident Response Service (CIRS):

•            A 24/7/365 staffed, onsite and remote Victorian-based Digital Forensic and Incident Response service

•            An ongoing and by-request Threat Intelligence service

•            An ongoing and by-request Deep and Darkweb scanning, analysis and reporting service

•            Training on cyber incident response and recovery, digital forensics and threat intelligence

•            Facilitation and participation in cyber incident response exercises
