Description

Homes Victoria is seeking REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS from Australian window companies to fabricate and install commercial quality double-glazed aluminium windows into high-rise public housing towers in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. The contract would be over a three (3) year period and envisages a minimum of seven (7) contracts each comprising external windows for five (5) levels. Each order has 220 external windows. The window replacement is done concurrently with other works, and the head contractor is responsible for removal of existing windows and installation of safety mesh. Window replacement is done entirely from the interior of the building.
