Reconstruction of Rye Pierhead - Stage 2

Parks Victoria will be seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations/contractors for the reconstruction of Rye Pierhead - Stage 2 (51m long and 5m wide pier approach and 36m long and 6m wide pierhead, lower landings, ramps, and stairs). Works includie the demolition of the pierhead and 51m of the pier approach and the supply and installation of 110 timber piles, timber crossheads, timber beams and timber decking.  Lower landing and ramps will have FRP mesh decking.    

The pier is currently closed for Stage 1 reconstruction works. Contact Parks Victoria if access to the old pier is required by a boat only to the lower landing and to inspect the Stage 2 work areas.
