The scope of this Tender covers the supply of memorial plaques for all existing GMCT cemeteries and any future GMCT cemeteries; including;

• product range,
• materials specification,
• ordering,
• delivery,
• quality control,
• aftermarket sales and service,
• product warranty,
• recycling, and
• wholesale unit cost.

It is expected that the Tenderer will:

• supply Product to meet customer demand,
• meet GMCT quality and customer standards,
• meet Australian quality standards,
• to supply custom designs when required, and
• meet agreed delivery dates.
