Chisholm Institute is intending to implement Stage 1 of the Dandenong Redevelopment Project to provide expanded TAFE & Education services to the region.

The project includes:

• Demolition of existing buildings
• Construction of a new plumbing exam centre
• Refurbishment of existing building shell into office space accommodation
• Landscaping works

Chisholm will conduct a Select Tender process utilising the Construction Supplier Register for the works packages

Select Tender packages to be released August to November 2022 on theTenderlink portal (www.tenderlink.com.au/chisholm)

Works are anticipated to be complete mid 2023
