Description

Alfred Health is seeking to engage a professional consultancy practice with experience in operational health transformation to:

- Partner with the Alfred Health executive team to create the framework, approach, tools and culture which will enable the success of the program

- Design and temporarily staff the internal capability which will support the program;

- Deliver the work in a way which is 'done with, not to' ensuring internal ownership, buy-in and builds capacity and capability, creating a sustainable delivery 'system'.
