Development Victoria (DV) is delivering 23 serviced lots in Ballarat. These lots range from 1ha to 5ha. The lots will be serviced by two new roads with footpaths and essential services (gas, water, electricity, NBN). The future owners of the land will be installing their own facilities on the serviced lots.

In this location businesses will have exceptional access to road, rail and aviation infrastructure, at a strategic location within the freight network linking Melbourne, regional and rural Victoria, Adelaide and the ports of Melbourne, Geelong and Portland.

The procurement will be conducted via a select tender process with Development Victoria. Bidders will need to be registered under a relevant category on an VicRoads register and have experience with delivering building works projects of at least $15m.

It is anticipated to use a modified contract of AS2124 Construct Only (subject to change).
