Spiire Australia, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in August 2022 for the Mambourin East Branch Sewer. The project will include:

Construction of approximately 527 metres of DN300 Branch Sewer and associated structures as part of Mambourin Estate – for Frasers Property Australia, within the City of Wyndham. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC1 (Reticulation/Branch Sewer less than or equal to DN280 or less than or equal to 5m in depth), Category SC2 (Branch/Main Sewer greater than DN280 or Sewer Reticulation . 5m in depth) and Category SC7 (Any Live Sewer Works).
