RMH is looking for mechanical design services for it's royal Park Campus.

This will be a selective tender.

The tender is expected to be released on 11th July with a close date of the 12th of August 2022

The scope of works include: 

• Stage 1 - Consultant 

• Mechanical Design for AC1 and AC2 

• Stage 2 - Consultant 

• Depending on the outcome of the Mechanical Design other consultants may be required to be engaged, however the scope will not be able to be determined until the mechanical design is complete  

• Stage 3 – Works (Estimated, to be confirmed after mechanical design) 

• Infill in the wall between the sections 

• Plasterboard panels 

• Up to 2100mm so that mechanical system is not affected 

• Skirting at bottom to be coved 150mm up new wall 

• New doors at the staff base end of the ward 

• Electrical 

• New LED lights in patient bed areas 

• Replace overhead bed lights 

• New lights in ensuites 

• Painting 

• Throughout – walls and ceilings and doors 

• Vinyl – AC1 - loose lay vinyl 

• Wall protection behind the beds
