Homes Victoria invites suitably qualified Respondents to form consortia to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the delivery of the Ground Lease Model – South Yarra, Prahran, Hampton East and Port Melbourne Project.  The Project will be procured and delivered as an ‘availability’ Public Private Partnership (PPP) under a ground lease model with the Director retaining long-term ownership of the land and dwellings. The Project forms part of Victoria's Big Housing Build program which includes a $5.3 billion investment in social and affordable housing to deliver over 12,000 new dwellings.

The Invitation for EOI closes on 30 June 2022. 

Homes Victoria is holding an industry brieifing from 10am to 12pm on 8 June 2022.  Interested parties are required to register attendance via the details provided in the EOI document.
